Terms of Service

Last revised: October 29, 2026. This revision takes effect when published following approval, not before. These terms describe PrintFetti's quote-request website and the basis on which a separate written production order may be agreed. PrintFetti is a division of Underscope Co LLC, a New York business.

Quick summary: A quote request is not a paid production order. Custom printing requires a separately accepted written job and applicable proof approval. Return rules for custom jobs and unprinted stock goods differ; mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

Website inquiries are not accepted production orders

Using the website, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, opening an account, or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a paid manufacturing order, require us to print, or authorize a charge. The current site is a review-first quote and artwork-intake service, not an automatic card checkout. No particular product, starting price, manufacturing date, or shipping estimate is a binding production offer merely because it appears on a page.

Before either party becomes committed to an individual custom-printing job, we must confirm the actual product and quantity, artwork requirements, proof and design responsibility, itemized price, applicable taxes, shipping and other charges, payment terms, and realistic production and delivery expectations in a written quotation or order agreement. You must expressly accept that agreement, and PrintFetti must confirm acceptance. Any additional project-specific terms should be provided for review before acceptance. If a separately signed or expressly agreed written order conflicts with this general website notice, the expressly accepted order provision governs to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Website catalog prices may be starting estimates for a defined quantity and specification; a custom quote can change with artwork, materials, finishes, number of designs, production capacity, tax treatment, and fulfillment. We do not impose undisclosed project, shipping, restocking, cancellation, or design charges. We will identify applicable charges before you accept the paid job. Payment methods, deposits, balance due, and any credit arrangement must be documented in the accepted order; submitting the online quote form does not supply a payment method or authorize a payment.

Artwork rights, customer responsibilities, and design work

You must have sufficient rights to provide names, logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, text, and other material for the requested uses, and you are responsible for accurate product statements and legally required labeling. PrintFetti may ask for supporting clearance, request revisions, or decline projects we cannot lawfully or responsibly produce. Uploading content does not prove it is licensed, and we do not assume a customer's artwork belongs to PrintFetti.

For a quote request, the required artwork-rights confirmation means you represent that you own or may submit the materials for our review. We need limited permission to receive, store, inspect, and prepare preliminary proofs from the materials you choose to submit. Further reproduction for manufacturing is limited to what you expressly authorize through an accepted written project agreement. None of this is permission to publish artwork in an advertisement or portfolio. You retain whatever rights you lawfully own in submitted artwork. For artwork or original designs created by PrintFetti, ownership of the final files, permitted uses, editable/source files, licensing of our preexisting elements, and any transfer of rights must be specified in the separately accepted design quotation or written agreement; no assignment or work-made-for-hire status is implied solely by paying an invoice.

Our separate optional promotional-use checkbox is unchecked by default and does not affect quote eligibility. Review our Privacy & Data Use notice for the versioned consent record, rights review, and withdrawal of future promotional use.

Proof approval and production readiness

Where a proof is required, work proceeds only after the specific proof and specifications have been reviewed and accepted in writing, applicable payment requirements are met, and production readiness is verified. A quote request, upload, or proof preview is not proof approval. Your acceptance confirms that you reviewed the content, spelling, layout, measurements, and agreed materials shown in that proof. Changes after approval may affect price or scheduling, but additional work or charges require notice and agreement before they are incurred.

Digital previews, materials, ink, cut tolerances, and lighting can affect the appearance of a finished item. Material color, finish, cutting, size, or other tolerances material to a job should be stated and agreed in its written specifications rather than assumed by either party.

Production estimates, shipping, and delays

We primarily serve New York State. Shipping and delivery depend on the accepted job, actual capacity, availability of materials, carrier service, and the destination. International fulfillment is considered only after availability, customs responsibilities, duties, taxes, and a firm shipping quote have been confirmed. International shipping is not guaranteed. A requested arrival date is not a promised dispatch or delivery date until expressly agreed.

For accepted merchandise orders covered by the federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within the promised time or, when no shipping time is specified, within 30 days, or within 50 days when the Rule's qualifying credit-application exception applies. The relevant shipping period begins upon receipt of a properly completed order as defined by that Rule; internal proof or production checks do not silently extend it. If we cannot ship as required, legally prescribed delay notices, customer consent or cancellation options, and prompt refunds apply. Required refunds must generally be sent within seven working days after the right to a refund arises, or within one billing cycle when the seller is the creditor, as specified by the Rule. No separate cancellation-cost provision below reduces a refund required by that Rule. Customer silence is not treated as delay approval where applicable law requires an affirmative response. Different rules may govern services such as stand-alone design work; the specific accepted agreement and mandatory law control.

Cancellation and changes to custom work

You may withdraw an unaccepted quote request without charge unless you separately authorized paid design or preparatory services. Once a written order has been accepted, contact us promptly to discuss cancellation or changes. Only previously disclosed, agreed and legally permissible costs already incurred for design/prepress labor, specially ordered materials, or noncancelable outside work may apply. We will identify and substantiate such costs rather than imposing an undisclosed percentage or penalty. Mandatory refunds and cancellation rights under applicable law take priority.

Once production begins, a correctly manufactured made-to-order item generally cannot be returned solely because you changed your mind or approved incorrect artwork, subject to the specific contract and applicable consumer rights. That limitation does not exclude remedies for printing errors, defects, nonconforming goods, or legally required refunds.

Returns and refunds for noncustom stock merchandise

If we separately sell unused, unprinted, noncustom stock goods, you must request return authorization within 14 calendar days after delivery for a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. After authorization, follow the provided return-shipping instructions; an undisclosed dispatch cutoff will not be imposed. A receipt, order reference, or other transaction record that lets us verify the purchase is acceptable; when no purchase can be verified, we may decline a discretionary return, subject to applicable law.

Sale and "as-is" stock items: the same standard return terms apply unless the specific item was clearly identified as final sale before purchase. A properly disclosed final-sale item is not eligible for a change-of-mind return, but defect and other rights required by law remain. This does not convert a custom order into returnable stock merchandise.

Refund method and fees: we charge no standard restocking fee. For approved stock returns not caused by our error, you pay return shipping unless otherwise required by law. Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method where available; a cash payment will be refunded in cash or another legally required form. If the original method is unavailable, we will agree on a lawful alternative with you. We will not substitute store credit for a legally required money refund without your consent. Disclosed original shipping charges may be nonrefundable only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any applicable refund or other monetary remedy required by law takes priority over a narrower policy statement.

You are entitled to request a written copy of our refund policy; email hi@printfettii.com or call 702-983-3884. For merchandise sold online, we will conspicuously display the applicable refund policy near the item or before requesting billing information; a footer link alone does not replace the legally required display.

Damaged, defective, or wrongly printed goods

Contact us promptly if an accepted order arrives damaged, is incorrectly printed, or materially differs from the approved written specifications. Please share the order reference, description, and photographs if available. Reporting within seven calendar days of delivery helps investigate carrier and production problems, but this is only a suggested reporting target, not a condition of a legal remedy or a contractual deadline for making a claim. Depending on verified facts and applicable law, an appropriate remedy can be a corrected item, reprint, replacement, or refund; legally required refunds will not be replaced with store credit without agreement.

Accounts, site availability, and communications

Account credentials should be kept confidential. Notify us if you suspect an unauthorized account or artwork access. We may restrict activity that threatens customer privacy, security, intellectual-property rights, or the lawful operation of the site. Website availability, an order reference, and automated email-delivery status are not guarantees of continuous access, acceptance, shipment, or delivery to an email inbox.

Changes to terms and governing law

Changes to these website terms will be posted with a revised date. Posting alone does not prove a customer's agreement to new contractual obligations. Where valid assent is required, it must be obtained before those changes apply to a new accepted order; an already accepted written production order cannot be changed unilaterally. Subject to mandatory consumer laws and other applicable rules, New York law generally governs disputes relating to PrintFetti's New York business and these website terms. Nothing here eliminates rights, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
