Privacy & Data Use

Last revised: October 29, 2026. This revision takes effect when it is first published following approval; it is not retroactively effective before publication.

PrintFetti is a division of Underscope Co LLC, a New York business. This notice explains how we handle information for our website, quote and contact requests, customer accounts, artwork submissions, proof reviews, and accepted custom-printing orders. It does not replace terms you separately accept for a particular production order.

Quick summary: We use your information to review requests and service accepted jobs. A quote is not permission to send promotional email, and uploading artwork does not make it public advertising content. You can contact us about your information or withdraw future artwork-promotion permission.

Information we receive

From you: name, business or brand name, email address, optional telephone number, messages, product specifications, quantities, design count, artwork, proof and revision files, requested dates, delivery choices, and shipping ZIP code where needed. An account may also contain sign-in identifiers and order or proof history. Do not place card numbers, passwords, identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information in quote notes, chat, email, or artwork uploads.

From operation of the website: session and security-cookie data, IP address and request metadata, browser or device details where logged, authentication and abuse-prevention events, and order-processing status. Our systems can record a separate artwork-promotion permission decision, including its exact wording version, source, timestamp, and subsequent withdrawal. This is not an email-marketing subscription.

We do not ask for card payment details through the current online quote-request form. Payment details for any subsequently accepted order are handled under separately agreed billing arrangements.

Why we use it

We use submitted and necessary technical information to respond to inquiries; review artwork and specifications; prepare quotations, proofs, and requested revisions; manage customer accounts and accepted orders; coordinate invoicing, fulfillment, and shipping when authorized; send relevant transactional status or proof messages; maintain the internal order/CRM record; address disputes and fraud; and protect the service. Sending a quote request does not by itself authorize advertising emails or the public display of your artwork.

Our actual service-provider workflow

At this revision, the PrintFetti website uses DigitalOcean for application hosting and private artwork object storage; SendGrid for configured transactional email; and an authenticated n8n Cloud workflow connected to Google Sheets for internal order/CRM processing. Staff may use Google Workspace for business communications and internal records. These providers may process identifying contact information, job specifications, account or transaction details, and related technical data as needed for the particular service. The specific information and processing depend on the function and our provider arrangements. For example, an order-to-CRM event can contain identifying contact information and order specifications; this does not give the CRM permission to publish uploaded artwork.

Some service providers may process data outside New York or in other regions where they operate. An accepted job may also require sharing necessary fulfillment information with an applicable production, delivery, or shipping partner. We do not treat an upload, proof acceptance, or payment as permission to share artwork publicly. Before enabling any new advertising tag, live-chat provider, or materially different customer-data integration, we must evaluate the data collected and update relevant disclosures.

Cookies, analytics, and optional live chat

Necessary cookies or similar storage help maintain sessions, secure forms, and support account and order workflows. The reviewed site configuration does not enable the optional Tidio live-chat script by default. If it is enabled, it is designed to appear on selected informational pages rather than the order, contact, account, or confirmation pages; the chat provider may then receive connection details and any message you choose to send. Do not submit private artwork, payment details, or account credentials through chat.

Any future analytics, advertising pixels, or optional tracking features must be inventoried and disclosed based on their actual behavior. We will not describe a tracking preference as effective unless the associated controls work as stated.

Customer artwork and separate promotional permission

Submitting an inquiry, uploading files, approving a proof, or paying for production does not authorize PrintFetti to advertise with your creative work. The order and artwork-upload forms provide a separate optional, unchecked permission control; declining it does not stop the request. A recorded affirmative choice may permit nonexclusive portfolio and promotional use only within its displayed wording, including submitted artwork, product photographs, and clearly identified AI-assisted mockups. Ownership of rights you already hold does not transfer.

Before any public use, staff must independently review trademarks, third-party content, confidential material, regulated claims, and the accuracy of the final image. A permission record is not a substitute for that rights review. Permission for portfolio or advertising use is not consent to receive promotional email.

You may ask us to withdraw permission for future promotional use at hi@printfettii.com. We record withdrawal, which ends the permission for new promotional use under that record. Contact us about existing placements so staff can review feasible removal; previously distributed physical materials or independently shared copies may not be fully recoverable.

Retention, account records, and backups

We retain inquiry and order records, submitted artwork, proof and consent history, account information, operational/security logs, and related business or accounting records for purposes including request review, accepted work, customer support, audit, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. We do not claim one fixed retention period for every category: the applicable period and deletion method depend on the record and the reason it remains necessary.

Temporary guest order-confirmation links are configured to expire after 30 days; that link expiration does not mean the underlying order record or its backup is automatically deleted after 30 days. A verified deletion or account-close request may be limited by required transaction records, security investigations, or technical limits on immediate removal from older backup copies. We will explain any material limitation in our response rather than promising immediate deletion from every copy.

Requests, choices, and contact

For an access, correction, deletion, account, or promotional-permission request, email hi@printfettii.com or call 702-983-3884. Include the relevant order reference if available, but do not email a password or payment-card number. We may verify that you are authorized to receive or change the information, and will consider the request under applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Rights and exceptions can vary with where a customer lives.

If you believe a child submitted personal information through our business-oriented printing site, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security, changes, and concerns

We use HTTPS for the public site, access restrictions for staff workflows, and private-file delivery controls intended to protect customer information and artwork. No system is guaranteed completely secure. Suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported to hi@printfettii.com; we will investigate and provide required notices where applicable. We will post material updates with a revised date. A changed notice does not by itself change a separately accepted production contract.
